"Drat!" The Herald Angel says,
"Page Not Found," the screen displays.
"404": the error code;
Where's that page?
It just won't load!
I’m sorry that you can’t find the page you were looking for, but I'd like to help.
There are several reasons why you might not be able to find the page, including
- Misspelled URL ("index.html" as opposed to "index.htm").
- Incorrect case ("INDEX.HTM" vs "index.htm").
- Heavy traffic on the Internet or at the server.
- A page renamed or removed from the site.
- The Webmaster has been a very bad boy and will probably get a lump of coal from Santa.
Things you can do:
- Click on the "refresh" button in your browser
- Check the spelling of the URL you are trying to reach (htm vs. html, capital letters, etc).
- Go to the home page of The Hymns and Carols of Christmas
- Go to the Site Map (probably faster) or the Table of Contents
- Go to the Search Page
- Click the "Back" Button on your browser
(or just click --> )
If you have a few moments, please email the webmaster with a description of the broken link, so that a repair can be made. It will also be a reminder to the Webmaster to (1) check all links and republish and (2) take another look at the server logs.
Thanks!
